Traffic Alert: Iron Mountain Blvd Closed Through Sunday 3/3
Traffic Alert:
To maintain public safety, Iron Mountain Boulevard, between Summit Drive and Fairway Road is closed to all traffic through this weekend. This closure includes all people driving, rolling, walking and riding. Key information:
- A small landslide occurred earlier this morning. There is a threat of additional debris due to unstable grounds and falling trees as the rainfall continues through the weekend.
- All trails in Iron Mountain Park are also closed until further notice – please obey signage.
- We have been working with our geotechnical experts to assess and respond. The clean-up response is weather dependent.
- Please use alternate routes and avoid the area.

Join Friends of Waluga Park as we work to remove invasive weeds from East Waluga Park.
Please meet at East Waluga Park and wear long-sleeves, sturdy shoes and work gloves. No experience needed. Volunteers need to bring their own gloves, clippers or loppers, and water. Dress for weather and wear sturdy, water-resistant shoes.
